by Seth D. on February 19, 2024
Not easy but glad I did it with Sophia.
by Galeano L. on February 19, 2024
Grading times were quick and efficient, help on assignments was quick as well and useful. Some of the assignments were confusing to grasp, personally, but I did well on them.
by Ruth M. on February 19, 2024
This course does a good job introducing the reader to US History thru the Civil War, and to the study of history in general. Although it doesn't go into lots of detail and specifics, and you certainly don't have to put too much effort into the course to get a good grade, it works as a basic overview. This is a great course for anyone wanting to obtain credit for a course they don't want to have to take in college or for someone who is looking for a course that will introduce them to the topics discussed in a course taken at the collegiate level.
by Denielle M. on February 19, 2024
A bit challenging, but overall this class is very useful for the future.
by Laura H. on February 19, 2024
This course was a lot of reading, but the information is all there if you just take the time to look for it. The course set-up is so helpful as it guides you were to look. Very insightful information, I learned quite a lot.
by Micah P. on February 19, 2024
A few of the answers seemed subjective and all of them seemed political.
by Perry A. on February 19, 2024
Lots of ungraded touchstones is an interesting way to proceed with a course but still learned a lot nonetheless.
by hqdes W. on February 19, 2024
The course is very informative, takes lots of practice, but overall I learned a lot. Thank you Sofia for your being one of the platforms credible and transferable to University of Maryland global Campus. You guys ROCK!
